The Snarf!

What is the Snarf? Wellllll... It's when you sneeze and when you barf. At the exact same moment.

This is a picture based on a true story from the last patrol I was on. A certain shipmate of mine, who shall remain nameless, decided it was a good idea to pop a couple pills of Hydroxycut, drink a tall glass of chocolate milk, knock down some coffee to supplement an already impressive caffeine buzz, and top it all off with a big ol' wad of chewing tobacco. That novel combination of chemicals rattled his insides pretty good.

Needless to say, as soon as he had to sneeze... Well, this is pretty self-explanatory.

Sort of a warmup image, based on a sketch that I drew underway (because the incident was, honestly, too funny not to create a little memento of). Trying to get back into the hang of Paint Tool SAI. I do hope that my dear friend Ribnose ([link] , ) will excuse me for sort of stealing / imitating her style. I just find it quite interesting visually while still being time efficient to paint in. She does great commissions in this style for really good prices, by the way, so go give her some business.
